Changes since last season: Trey Lance will be the starting QB, Jimmy G the backup. Long time Kyle Shanahan sidekick Mike McDaniel is now HC of the Dolphins

Prediction: Second in NFC West
Arizona Cardinals
Last season’s record: 11-6, second in NFC west
Changes since last season: No Chandler Jones, Hollywood Brown acquired from the Ravens

Prediction: Third in NFC West
Seattle Seahawks
Last season’s record: 7-10, fourth in NFC West
Changes since last season: Russell Wilson and Bobby Wagner are no longer with the team
